Nightly janitorial
Restrooms, offices, common areas and waste on the nightly cycle, after hours, by a crew that knows your building. Every surface and its frequency is written into the scope, and every shift is checked and closed in writing.
- Restrooms
- Offices and workstations
- Common areas
- Kitchens and break rooms
- Waste and recycling
- Consumables to par
Day porters
Daytime presence in occupied buildings: a written route with check-in times, and a porter your facility team knows by name. The hours between night shifts are in the scope too, so the 10:15 spill in the lobby is logged and gone by 10:30.
- Lobby and entrances
- Restroom rounds
- Conference floors
- Spill and call-out response
- Loading dock
Floor care
Hard floors get scrubbed and burnished on a schedule set by surface and traffic, with strip-and-finish on the cycle the wear actually calls for. Carpet gets interim cleaning and a full extraction when it needs one. Month twelve looks like week one.
- Hard-floor scrubbing
- Burnishing
- Strip and finish
- Carpet extraction
- Entrance matting
Glazing & periodic
Interior and storefront glass on schedule, and high-access glazing under a written method statement. Periodic work goes into the scope with a date on it, because a deep clean that lives in a someday pile does not happen. Summer restoration goes on the calendar in March.
- Interior glass
- Storefront and curtain wall
- High-access glazing
- Deep cleaning
- Post-construction
- Summer restoration
Real work.
A new source
of data.
Continental equips cleaners with wearable cameras to capture commercial cleaning work. Alongside its janitorial services, Continental sells the resulting data.
Learn about the camera program or tell us what data your team needs. Facility teams can discuss recording arrangements for their building.
From walk-
through to
first night.
Intake starts with a walk of your building. The quote is written from what we see on that walk, and the service is held to it from the first shift.
Walk the building
With your facility team: square footage, surfaces, traffic, hours of access, and what went wrong with the last provider.
Get a written quote
Each surface with its frequency and its acceptance standard, priced per square foot. It arrives within one business day, with no allowances and no fine print.
First night
The crew and the supervisor are named before the first shift, with a direct number for your building. The plan runs from night one.
Inspected and reported
Inspections run on a schedule, with unannounced ones in between, and the scores land in your monthly report. When a number slips you hear it from us before it turns into a tenant complaint.
