A new kind of
building services
company.
Continental Facility Company was founded in 2026 to do one thing, building services for commercial buildings, and to do it the way customers keep asking for: the same crew every night, a written scope, a report that says whether the building is as clean as it should be, and a price that holds. It buys good local operators and runs them to that standard.
Started on
the night
shift.
Connor O'Brien started his career in commercial janitorial. He later consulted for asset managers and managed Apollo's sales data as it grew from $600 billion to $1 trillion; along the way he shipped four apps and a run of open-source projects. He started Continental because what customers ask for has not changed since his night-shift years: a clean building every morning, at a price that stays put.
The software and the machines the company builds are means to that end. They keep the crew on schedule and the invoice where the quote said it would be.
Secure the
health of
human spaces.
We spend about 90 percent of our lives indoors, and a healthy indoor space is a clean one. Keeping 5.9 million U.S. commercial buildings that way is the work of a field that still runs on paper and loses most of its people each year. In a 2024 ranking of 22 occupational families, it came last for perceived status.
Continental's answer is a written scope, the same crew every night, inspections you can read, and a price that holds. Its own software and machines sit behind the scenes to keep it that way, and the people who stay get steadier work, with a schedule that holds and a machine on the worst of the floor hours.

Reported.
Each contract carries a written scope of work, a fixed inspection schedule, a monthly report and a price per square foot that holds. The work is scored against that scope, line by line. If something slips, you see it first.
Claims on this site and in the quote carry their source and their date. A standard the company has not written down does not get promised.
